Clean up Clifton Street
After years of complaints from residents, your local Liberal Democrat team - Senedd candidate Rodney Berman and local campaigner Cadan ap Tomos - are fighting for action to regenerate Clifton Street.
What used to be a popular local high street is now blighted by run-down buildings and bad behaviour.
The Lib Dems are fighting to:
- Reopen Roath Police Station to the public, with more regular patrols to combat drug dealing, thefts and other anti-social behaviour
- Get action on derelict buildings like the old Tredegar pub and M&Co barbershop, demanding new powers for the Council to bring them back into use
- Fix our street scene, by unclogging the always-blocked drains, bringing greenery back to the street, and fixing the broken paving stones and cobbles
If you agree that Clifton Street needs to become a thriving shopping street once again, please back our campaign below.

I'm backing the Lib Dem campaign to clean up Clifton Street by reopening our police station, taking action on derelict buildings and fixing our street scene to make the area a better place to live and shop. I call on Cardiff Council, Welsh Government and South Wales Police to work together to deliver this much-needed improvement.
