Fix surface water issues at the Gabalfa Clinic

Fix surface water problems at the Gabalfa Clinic

Residents have long raised complaints about surface water issues at the Gabalfa clinic, with pedestrians and bus users waiting at the clinic being soaked by passing vehicles in wet weather. We, the undersigned, call on Cardiff Council to address persistent water pooling during wet weather and prevent passing vehicles soaking pedestrians, cyclists and waiting bus passengers on the section of North Road pavement between the Gabalfa Clinic and Caerleon Road entrance.
