Stop Gabalfa Interchange flooding

The interchange is a main walkway for lots of people in our area, including for children getting to school. But when it rains, you need wellies to get through the standing water. It isn't good enough. We, the undersigned, call on Cardiff Council to stop the flooding of the Gabalfa Interchange.
