Lib Dems call for congestion charge referendum
Cardiff Liberal Democrats have called for a referendum following news that Cardiff’s Labour-run council is going ahead with investigating options to bring in a road user payment scheme.
Local resident Wayne Street is your Liberal Democrat candidate for the Llanrumney by-election.
Wayne has lived in Llanrumney with his young daughter for 10 years, and works as an electronic engineer. He's seen how years of a Cardiff Labour Council has left our area behind.
